Agencies (Universal), Smart Intake Form & AI Client Brief Generator with Gap Chaser
A branded intake form any agency sends to new clients. AI flags vague or missing answers, chases the gaps by email and SMS until the form is done, then writes the creative brief in the agency's template for client sign-off.
This blueprint is free. Copy the master prompt below, build it with your own time, and the only outlay is a few low-cost tool subscriptions. Use it inside your own business, or sell it to clients. The numbers further down are what you can charge, not what you pay.

AI proposal generator for agencies: turn a client brief into a priced scope of work
Read the articleWho you sell it to
Small to mid-sized agencies of any type: web design, branding, marketing, SEO, paid ads, video, PR. The sweet spot is 3-30 staff taking on 4-40 new clients or projects a month, where account managers still run onboarding through a Google Form, a PDF questionnaire or a string of emails. You find them in Clutch and DesignRush directories, local agency listings, Facebook and LinkedIn agency-owner groups, and by looking for agencies whose website has a 'start a project' form leading to a generic questionnaire.
They're a good fit when the owner can name a project that slipped because the client went quiet or the brief was wrong. Plenty of agencies will also build this for themselves, then sell it on to agency friends.
If you sell it, here is the money picture:
The first tile is the value of your client's own jobs, which is the reason they will pay you. The other two tiles are what you charge them.
How it works
The account manager creates an intake, picks the services the client bought, and the app emails (and texts, with consent) the client a private link. The client sees a branded form on their phone with only the questions that apply to their services, can upload logos and files or paste links, and everything autosaves. After every answer, AI checks it against the agency's mandatory checklist and quality bar: 'everyone' as a target audience, 'ASAP' as a deadline, or 'more sales' as a goal gets a friendly amber note with a specific follow-up question.
Anything still missing or weak gets chased automatically by email and SMS, naming only the outstanding items with a link straight to each one. The wait between chases doubles each time up to a weekly cap, and it keeps going until the form is complete, the client opts out, or staff pause it. If a client ignores 3 chases in a row, the account manager gets a 'needs a call' flag while chasing continues.
Once every mandatory item passes, AI writes the creative brief in the agency's own template, listing any assumptions and open questions instead of inventing facts. The account manager edits and approves it, sends it to the client, and the client approves with a typed name (recorded with time and IP) or requests changes. A dashboard shows every client's completion %, chase history and status.
What to expect
Build and testing take 1-2 days for someone comfortable with Lovable, plus 1-3 weeks waiting on A2P 10DLC approval before SMS goes live (email chasing works from day one). The biggest early win is fewer manual follow-up emails and fewer kickoff calls spent extracting basics. Expect the first 2 weeks of the pilot to involve tuning the quality rules, because the AI will be slightly too strict or too lenient on a few questions until you adjust their wording.
The AI won't replace a strategy conversation: it gets the facts complete and specific so that conversation starts from a solid brief. Some clients will still go quiet, and the chaser plus the 'needs a call' flag makes sure someone notices within days instead of weeks. Wrapping the dashboard with AppBuild.DIY gives account managers push alerts the moment a client finishes or approves, which shortens response time noticeably compared with email-only alerts.
