Fence Contractors, Draw-Your-Fence-Line Satellite Instant Quote & Visit Booker
A homeowner draws their fence line on a satellite map of their own yard, drops in the gates, picks a material, and gets a Good/Better/Best price range in under 3 minutes, then books a measurement visit or pays a $100 refundable deposit to lock the price. The contractor gets the map, the footage, and AI site flags before anyone drives out.
This blueprint is free. Copy the master prompt below, build it with your own time, and the only outlay is a few low-cost tool subscriptions. Use it inside your own business, or sell it to clients. The numbers further down are what you can charge, not what you pay.

Residential fence contractors running 1 to 4 crews and quoting 8 to 20 jobs a week, in suburban markets where lots are big enough to need 100 to 300 feet of fence. Find them on Google Maps by searching "fence company" in any suburb and shortlisting the ones with 30+ reviews, a website that still says "request a free estimate" with no pricing on it, and an owner's name on the About page. The ones paying Angi or HomeAdvisor for leads are your warmest prospects: they're spending $15 to $85 per lead that gets sold to 3 to 6 competitors at once, closing 5 to 10% of them, and they already know the problem is speed.
A good fit is an owner who still drives to most estimates himself, has a rate sheet per foot in his head or a spreadsheet, and loses jobs to whoever emailed a number first. A poor fit is agricultural or commercial fencing (pricing works differently and runs are too long to draw on a phone), a franchise location (head office controls the website), or a company with no estimator capacity to take the extra bookings.
If you sell it, here is the money picture:
The first tile is the value of your client's own jobs, which is the reason they will pay you. The other two tiles are what you charge them.
How it works
The homeowner lands on the contractor's site, types their address, and the app drops them onto a satellite view of their own property. They tap the corners of where they want the fence and a running total of linear feet updates as they go, worked out from the real distance between the points they tapped. They tap where the gates go, say whether there's an old fence to pull out, pick chain link, wood, vinyl or aluminum and a height, and enter their name and mobile number.
The app then shows a Good, Better and Best price range for their exact line, built from the contractor's own per-foot rates, height and style multipliers, gate prices and removal rate, all of which the owner edits in a settings screen. The homeowner books a 90-minute measurement window from the estimator's live calendar and can pay a $100 refundable deposit to lock the price for 30 days. In the background, the satellite snapshot with the drawn line goes to an AI vision model that flags trees on the line, slopes, driveways, pools inside the enclosure, and lines that run through a neighbour's structure, so the estimator knows what to look at before leaving the office.
Everyone gets an SMS: the homeowner gets the range and a booking link, the office gets the lead with the map, and a single 48-hour nudge goes out if no booking came in. After the visit the estimator enters the measured length and final price, the homeowner gets a sign-and-schedule link, and the owner's reports page shows leads, bookings, deposits, win rate, and how far drawn footage drifts from measured footage.
What to expect
On flat suburban lots, drawn footage usually lands within a few percent of the tape measure, so the range the homeowner sees is the range the estimator confirms. The ±8% default range exists to absorb slopes, tree roots, rock, and homeowners who draw a foot inside the property line. Expect the first 2 weeks to be a calibration period: compare drawn against measured on every visit and tighten or widen the range and multipliers from there.
Satellite imagery can be a year or two old and tree canopy can hide a back corner, which is why the measurement visit stays in the flow and the price is a range until someone stands on the lot. The build itself takes a working day or two in Lovable plus a pilot. Twilio's A2P 10DLC registration takes 1 to 3 weeks and gates real SMS to homeowners, so plan the launch date around it.
Commercially, the point is speed to a number: fence buyers collect 2 or 3 quotes and go with whoever gives them a clear price first, and the gap between a 30% and a 55% close rate in this trade is mostly quoting speed. A contractor bidding 12 jobs a week who moves from closing 4 to closing 5 picks up roughly $3,300 in extra revenue every week at national average job values. Wrapping the finished build with AppBuild.DIY matters for this trade specifically: the estimator gets a push notification the moment a lead draws a line (a lead answered in 5 minutes is 21 times more likely to qualify than one answered in 30), homeowners get push reminders for their visit and their price-lock expiry instead of an SMS they may have muted, and an App Store listing does more for a local contractor's credibility than a bookmarked URL ever will.
