Hyperlocal Arcade Game Builder, Turn Any High Street Into a Playable Level
A branded arcade game built from real Street View footage of the client's own street, with a public leaderboard, a shareable "run your own street" mode, and push notifications when someone's high score gets beaten, wrapped into a real app via AppBuild.DIY.
This blueprint is free. Copy the master prompt below, build it with your own time, and the only outlay is a few low-cost tool subscriptions. Use it inside your own business, or sell it to clients. The numbers further down are what you can charge, not what you pay.

Subway Surfers Made $2 Billion. Here's the Local Version You Can Sell to a Town Centre.
Read the articleWho you sell it to
Town centre Business Improvement Districts (BIDs), shopping centre and retail landlord marketing teams, tourism boards, university student unions running orientation week, and any local business or property developer who wants a fun, shareable reason for people to actually visit and linger in a specific place. Find them through local council economic development contacts, searchable BID managers by area, retail landlord marketing departments, and university student services teams.
If you sell it, here is the money picture:
The first tile is the value of your client's own jobs, which is the reason they will pay you. The other two tiles are what you charge them.
How it works
A classic arcade game (an endless runner, a platformer, or a coin-collector, the client's choice) gets rebuilt so the track is generated from real Street View imagery of the client's own high street, campus, or development. Everyone who opens it plays the client's branded track first and lands on a public leaderboard. As an optional extra, players can generate a second track from their own street and chase their own local high score too, which is the part that actually gets shared.
AppBuild.DIY then wraps the finished build into a real app with push notifications, so when someone's local high score gets beaten, they find out on their lock screen instead of never checking back.
What to expect
A working, playable build in a single Lovable or Base44 session, ready to demo the same day. Real engagement takes a genuine launch push, social sharing, and a prize worth chasing, this isn't a passive listing that runs itself, it needs the client to actually promote the leaderboard and refresh the prize periodically. The pilot phase matters: a quiet soft-launch with staff and regulars first catches any Street View coverage gaps or game-feel issues before a wider public push.
