Party & Inflatable Rental Companies, Yard Fit Check, Live Inventory & Wind-Safe Booking Tool
Parents pick a date, describe their yard, and only see the bounce houses that are free that day and will physically fit through their gate and into their space. Delivery is priced from the real driving distance, a deposit locks the unit, and 48 hours out the tool checks the wind forecast for the exact address and texts everyone their options before a truck gets loaded.
This blueprint is free. Copy the master prompt below, build it with your own time, and the only outlay is a few low-cost tool subscriptions. Use it inside your own business, or sell it to clients. The numbers further down are what you can charge, not what you pay.

The 15 Foot Castle Met a 32 Inch Gate at 9am on a Saturday
Read the articleWho you sell it to
Independent bounce house and party rental companies running 1 to 4 trucks and 10 to 60 inflatables, usually owner-operated with weekend crews. Find them on Google Maps under 'bounce house rental' or 'party rentals' in any suburban town, on Facebook (local moms groups recommend them constantly), and on Nextdoor. The best fit has three tells: their website says 'call or text to check availability' or uses a basic contact form, their Facebook page has comments asking 'is the unicorn castle free on Saturday?', and their FAQ has a long weather policy paragraph, which means they've been burned by wind cancellations and argue about deposits.
Owners already paying for InflatableOffice or similar back-office software are still a fit: this tool is the customer-facing front door that books the right unit for the right yard, and the weather automation is the part they don't have.
If you sell it, here is the money picture:
The first tile is the value of your client's own jobs, which is the reason they will pay you. The other two tiles are what you charge them.
How it works
The customer opens the company's booking link from Google, Facebook or the website and picks a party date. They answer 6 quick questions about the setup spot: how big the flat area is, what the surface is, how wide the narrowest gate is, any stairs, how far the nearest outlet is, and whether there are wires or branches overhead. They can add a photo, which an OpenAI vision check scans for power lines, branches and slope.
The app then shows every unit with a green 'fits your space' badge or a grey reason ('Needs 21 x 21 ft, your space is 18 x 30 ft'), using each unit's real footprint, the 3 ft clearance rule and the rolled-up width on the dolly. It also hides anything already booked that date and stops taking bookings when the trucks are full. Delivery is priced from the actual Google Maps driving distance, sandbags, generators and stair fees are added as visible line items, and the customer pays a deposit through Stripe with their card saved for the balance.
48 hours before the party, the app pulls the hourly OpenWeather forecast for the exact address and event hours. If sustained wind hits 15 mph, gusts hit 25 mph, a thunderstorm shows up or rain is likely, the customer gets a text with a page offering three choices: keep the date and let the crew decide on the morning, move free to another open date, or take a 12 month credit. On the morning the owner presses one button to call it off or go ahead, and the balance only gets charged if the party is on.
What to expect
Party rental owners lose bookings in two places: the evening inquiry that sits unanswered until the next morning (by which time the parent has booked whoever had an online calendar), and the weekend where a windy forecast turns into 15 phone calls and an argument about the deposit. Expect online bookings to replace 40 to 70 percent of phone and Messenger bookings within the first season once the link is in the Google Business Profile and Facebook page, and expect fewer wasted trips where the crew arrives to a 32 inch gate and a 15 ft castle. Weather weekends become a set of texts and one button instead of a morning on the phone.
Caveats: the yard fit check is only as good as the customer's measurements, so the crew still has the final say (the SITE CHECK flag tells them where to look first), and the fit rules need each unit's real footprint and rolled width measured once during setup, which takes an afternoon in the warehouse. Shipping it as a real app through AppBuild.DIY matters here because the same parents book every birthday, and a push notification in February saying 'Spring dates are filling up, your favourite castle is still free on the 14th' gets opened in a way a marketing email doesn't. The owner gets new booking and weather alerts as push notifications too.
Build to pilot is 1 to 2 weeks, and the first busy spring weekend is where the owner feels the difference.
